Cosmic make factory fabricated Autoline Rectangular ducts and fittings are manufactured as Per SMACNA duct constructions standards, with ‘C’ Cleat and TDF Cleat types for HVAC Industries. Ducts are provided with beaded design for extra rigidity and strength.
The four corner Bolt system TDF flanges are made by roll Forming, This helps to minimise the joint leakages and also reduce the installation timings and reduce the cost.
Standard length available is 1120mm and Non standard length also available on demand.
Rectangular ducts are fabricated in Galvanised steel in 120GSM , 180GSM and 270GSM from 26Swg to 18Swg Thickness and also available in aluminium constructions. Optionally With or without Factory insulation and also with powder coating finish.
